A non-refundable deposit of $750 is required along with a signed contract to secure your date.

All food and beverage must be provided by the Best Western Holiday Lodge, with the exception of wedding cakes, mints, and nuts. Outside food or beverage brought into the facility without prior approval is subject to a penalty fee.

Room access is guaranteed from 8:00 AM on the day of your event. Additional time may be available upon request — contact our sales team to discuss.

Final guest counts must be confirmed 7 business days prior to your event. The hotel will prepare for 10% over your guarantee.

All decorations must be pre-approved. Affixing anything to walls, floors, or ceilings with nails, staples, or tape is not permitted without catering department approval. No confetti or glitter. White chair covers and lighted backdrops are available for an additional fee.
